Working with glass is a satisfying yet often frustrating medium. When I look at a sheet of blank glass it is like a painter looking at ta blank canvas. I try to imagine colors, shapes and designs to enhance the work. Each piece I create is truly a one-of-a-kind work!
I want to create pieces that speak to me and hopefully will speak to the customer. Most pieces have a story as to how I got the finished work, sometimes after many trials and errors! Learning about the specifics of each type and color of glass and how they may react to each other is a learning process, often with unexpected yet pleasant results.
It is my hope that each piece that finds a new home becomes a usable and treasured piece of Art Glass.
