Calendar:
- Art Drop-off hours: Sunday, August 18, 2024, 10:00am – 11:15am
- Judging: Sunday, August 18, 2024, from 12pm – 1:00pm
- Awards Ceremony: Sunday, August 18, 2024, at 3:00 pm
- Art Pick up hours: immediately following awards or by arrangement with NAAA at a later date and time.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Each child or young adult may exhibit one piece.
- Artwork must be matted or framed with tag (see below) on back of work, listing title, medium, name of artist and age. Artwork may be Oils, Acrylics, Pastels, Drawing, Sculpture, 3D, Watercolor, Photography, Digital Art, or mixed-media, etc.
- The artworks must be ORIGINAL works done by the students themselves. The artwork cannot have been previously shown at any NAAA EAST Show.
- The artwork should be ready to hang with proper wire hangers on the back. NO SAW TOOTH HANGERS.
- If entering in advance, please send an email to (naaaeastshow@gmail.com) including the following information: “Artist Name”, “Title of Artwork”, and overall “Size of Artwork” including frame.
JUDGING: Ribbons and awards are given in four age groups:
Ages 6 – 9 Ages 10 – 12 Ages 13 – 15 Ages 16 – 18
Works, which have won Greeley Park ribbons in previous years, must not be shown again. If you are 19 years of age and still in high school, contact Jayson Gleneck, contact info below.
AWARDS: Winning works receive ribbons after judging. Awards are presented starting at 3:00 pm. on Sunday. Please be there! Your artwork will be displayed at the Art Competition tent for public viewing from 1:00pm to 3:00pm on Sunday, August 20, 2023.
NO ENTRY FEE FOR CHILDREN OR YOUNG ADULTS.
