Artists may market prints, limited editions and greeting cards of their original works. Copies of original work must be identified as such.
ONE-DAY or TWO-DAY PARTICIPATION: You may reserve booth space for Saturday only, Sunday only, or both days. If you are reserving a booth space for only one day, please do not ask for a particular spot; we will need to fit you in where we can. Either way, you may set up after 5 PM the evening before your day or before 10 AM the day of.
DISPLAY REQUIREMENTS: All spaces/booths MUST have tents able to withstand winds and rain as well as weights to secure the tents. NO stakes allowed due to underground sprinkler system – violation will result in immediate expulsion from the show and fees paid will be forfeited.
BOOTH SPACE & INSTALLATION: To request a particular location, be sure to apply before May 31, 2026. If you are reserving a booth space for only one day, please do not ask for a particular spot; we will need to fit you in where we can. Volunteers get first choice of location. We cannot guarantee that all requests will be possible. Booth size is 10 feet x 10 feet. Artists are responsible for their own tents, racks, walls, etc. That being said, we have a limited number of tents available to rent for $25/day on a first come, first serve basis. If you need to rent a tent, please contact Sonia Lee Gilmore at sonialeegilmore@gmail.com to reserve one before applying, to make sure we can accommodate you. Please note, you will still need to provide everything that goes INSIDE your tent (racks, tables, chairs, etc.). All show registrants are expected to be ready for business at 10:00 a.m. each day and staff their booth through 4:00 p.m. both days. Tents are required to display due to the nature of this show in order to protect the artwork from any form of precipitation. Due to the overwhelming popularity of arranging booths in a big circle, we will do that again this year.
SHARING BOOTHS. Artists may share a booth, and pay only one booth fee. Each first-time artist must submit a jury fee, however. All participating artists must submit an application so we can list you on the program map. If you have questions, please email sonialeegilmore@gmail.com .

For that reason, no exhibit, or their representatives, will engage in any type of solicitation of supplies, etc. during the course of the event. Failure to comply could cause possible expulsion from the event.
SECURITY, LIABILITY & SALES: The NAAA retains security services over Friday and Saturday nights, but property left at the site remains the responsibility of the artist. The NAAA is not responsible for any loss or damage to artist property during the dates of the show and makes no guarantees of foot traffic or art sales during the event. We do not recommend leaving artwork overnight.
VOLUNTEERS: We are also looking for artists willing to help with different aspects of the show and to also give demonstrations throughout the day. If you are interested in helping, please email sonialeegilmore@gmail.com .
THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS FOR PAYMENT ERRORS. JURY FEES (IF APPLICABLE) MUST BE PAID AT THE TIME OF APPLICATION SUBMISSION OR APPLICATION WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED NOR REFUNDED – PLEASE READ ALL GUIDELINES!!
